The SBA Portfolio Manager effectively manages a loan portfolio and engages with internal business partners to identify, solicit, and close cross-selling opportunities. This role involves developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with SBA eligibility requirements.

Assists Business Development Officers in analysis of loan/financial information for government guaranteed loans, completion of loan packages, and presentation of loans for approval and/or committee presentation.

The Commercial Loan Closing Officer (LCO) is responsible for handling SBA, C&I, CRE, and Loan Origination System (LOS) Originated loan requests. Activities include but are not limited to: coordinating and executing closing of loans, ensuring loan documents reflect approved terms and conditions, performing due diligence, and managing post-closing documentation.
